Production Supervisor - Fabrication Department

This role will manage a welding team. Duties will involve supervising the stages involved in the successful completion of production objectives and mobilize personnel to achieve common goals.

As a Production Supervisor (Wind Tower- Fabrication), you must be able to:

Manage team members :

• Supervise, on a daily basis, the Fabrication department production team members;
• Motivate and mobilize personnel to achieve common goals;
• Evaluate team member competencies and perform team member reviews
• Evaluate the team member training needs and ensure team members are properly trained
• Make sure the team members understand and follow the company’s policies (health and safety, human resources, quality, etc)
• Provide technical support to the team members to improve their efficiency
• Ensure that the current applicable norms are properly followed
