About the Role
Join our team as a DCN/VCO Production Supervisor and play a key role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our Desiccated Coconut and Virgin Coconut Oil operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day production activities for DCN and VCO lines
- Monitor process parameters and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Coordinate manpower assignments and shift schedules
- Implement production plans and troubleshoot operational issues
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and GMP protocols
- Prepare and submit production reports and documentation
Qualifications
- Background in Food Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in coconut processing or food manufacturing preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of production metrics, HACCP, and GMP standards
- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule
