About the Role

  MISSION: 
 The  3rd shift  Production Supervisor coordinates the daily workflow and activities for Production, Blending, and Material Handling Associates. This individual works directly with their Manager and other key associates, ensuring that work orders are processed as planned, in a safe and impressive work environment.
  KEY OUTCOMES (KPI’S): 
 1) Outcome: Work with Production Associates to execute daily production schedule to meet customer expectations on on-time and quality. Measured by actual run rates vs. expected and units per man hour.
 Lead daily SPQRC meeting focused on communicating daily KPI updates to team.
 Work with multiple Associates to ensure that products are run as scheduled, avoiding customer back orders.
 Work with Associates in a continual effort to run products once, right, the first time, eliminating rework.
