About the Role
**Reporting to the Production Manager at our Council Bluffs, IA facility, local producers of Marie Callendar, Healthy Choice, Banquet products and more** , **you will lead and inspire a 2nd shift production team to elevate performance, strengthen processes, and create a strong culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. You will guide team members through daily operations, champion safe practices, and ensure that quality and productivity expectations are not only met but exceeded.**
