Position Overview:

The Shift Lead Hand will support the department Supervisor and will provide front‑line support to employees when the Supervisor is off‑shift, while maintaining their regular job duties.

Onsite in Oakville, Ontario

Your Day to Day:

• While maintaining regular job responsibilities (Machinist, etc.), Shift Lead Hands will have the following additional job responsibilities:
• Drive the schedule to ensure targets / Tact rates are met per the Master Schedule. When changes are necessary, or issues occur.
