Production Quality Control Technician at Jointhire Singapore Pte Ltd

Our client is a chemical manufacturer that supplies chemical materials to their customers locally and overseas. The company started in Singapore in 2008. They act as the regional hub for the company's business in APAC.

• Conducting laboratory tests and analyzing in-process samples using specified instruments and equipment.
• Preparation of chemical reagents.
• Timely communication of analysis results to the Production Supervisor and Day QC team in the event of any abnormalities, ensuring swift remedial action if required.
• Conducting incoming inspection of chemicals (Methanol, NaOH, Azobis 2 4-dimethyl valeronitrile, catalyst, VAM, Acetic Acid) and advises Supervisor of material acceptance.
• Conduct equipment daily validation (e.g. Analytical balance standard weight check, ph meter calibration and buffer check, KF standardization) and run with control sample for equipment performance check.
