Production Planning Specialist (PPIC)

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and break down production plans based on customer orders and production requirements.

• Release and monitor production work orders to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.

• Track material inventory status and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely material preparation.

• Follow up on urgent material requests and expedite material readiness to support production schedules.

• Monitor production plan execution and analyze production progress.

• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and related departments to ensure on-time order fulfillment.

• Organize and participate in production planning and sales-production coordination meetings.

• Maintain production planning data and prepare related reports.

• Monitor BOM (Bill of Materials) usage and support material requirement planning.
