What will you do as an operator?

  • You will operate and monitor one or more production lines.

  • You’ll start with one line and gradually learn to manage additional lines.

  • You perform quality checks and ensure the smooth running of the production process.

  • You work closely with a colleague who provides manual support.

  • You step in flexibly where needed: machine operation, line monitoring, replenishing materials.

  • You always follow hygiene and safety regulations.

    • Bonus: Can you lead a team or do you have experience as a backup shift supervisor? Be sure to mention it!
