Production Operative - Vertical Baggers

About The Role

Production Operatives are needed at our Grandstand Road site in Hereford. The role involves the production and packaging of raw food products in a fast‑paced, refrigerated FMCG factory environment.

Working Hours

• 40 hours per week, rotational shift pattern
• 05:00‑14:00 Monday to Friday
• 14:00‑23:00 Sunday to Thursday

Duties Include

• Weighing, assembling and packing products ready for dispatch
• Labelling, inspecting and grading products
• Manual handling, including lifting equipment and products up to 20kg

Qualifications

• Good level of English and basic numeracy skills
• Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively
• Good attention to detail and a flexible attitude to tasks
• Experience in a production/manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided
