Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production operations to meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
• Plan, implement, and monitor productivity, cost reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Drive compliance with quality, environmental, and safety standards including SOP and 5S
• Develop and execute strategic plans for manpower, budgeting, and equipment investment
• Enhance team technical competency and performance through coaching and training
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams on production-related matters
• Communicate company goals and strategies clearly to the production team
• Take immediate and decisive action to halt production in cases of abnormalities or risk

Qualifications

• Preferably 5 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry
