Production Manager

KPA's Include:

Management:

• Process owner for the Production Department and is responsible for implementing, maintaining and updating all policies and procedures in the department
• Responsible for meeting all customer and executive management KPIs for the Department
• When KPIs are not being met investigate root cause and implement improvements to improve performance
• Ensures risk assessments are conducted, planned, and executed activities to reduce high-risk processes
• 5s and housekeeping for all subordinates and areas of responsibility
• Responsible for critical/risk issues such as risk stock levels, and potential SSNs
• Ensure Group Leaders follow their activity schedules
• HR Development / Training
• Problem Solving
