Translate plant objectives into clear daily priorities Improve OEE & output through structured analysis of downtime and recurring stops Drive efficiency and cost awareness (including cost per pick) Strengthen performance follow-up via KPIs and visual management Team coaching & leadership
Direct leadership of the day shift (10 FTE’s) , including maintenance, cleaning and warehouse functions Coach shiftleaders in ownership, structure and problem solving Support operator development and training Create clarity in roles, expectations and accountability Build a performance culture based on facts and follow-up Process & structure improvement
