Production Manager (Madrid)

Role Purpose

The Production Manager will lead and coordinate mechanical assembly, electrical assembly, warehouse management, and subcontractor management within industrial machinery projects for the labels & packaging sector, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality standards, cost targets, and safety regulations in an international manufacturing environment. Additionally, the role will drive the warehouse transformation by implementing a GSA (Advanced Warehouse Management System), optimizing traceability, inventory accuracy, process efficiency, and operational performance. A strong continuous improvement mindset is essential to foster operational excellence under Lean Manufacturing principles.
