Ensure adherence to work permits / Job Safety by generating awareness & training & adherence of PPE. • Adherence to Environmental Standards & initiate measures for recycling. • Reviewing the production plan for both mainline, Rigid Pipe Section Line and Briquette plant • Develop & monitor Dashboard to track KPI on SQDCME. • Ensure & Control Production Plan as per SAP. • Coordinate with quality assurance and Customer Service Dept. to implement optimized plan for best yield & customer satisfaction through best quality & timely delivery. • Ensure daily update of MIS with zero deviation. • Be part of the team to do root cause analysis & CAPA for quality complaints, defects & equipment breakdowns. • Lead continual improvements to improve Quality, skill, operating costs and Customer Satisfaction • Ensure equipment healthy by ensuring basic AM checks & timely requests for maintenance service. • Coordinate with Maintenance & ensure implementation of Preventive Maintenance Plan / schedules as p...
