Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree graduate in Food Technology, Engineering (IE/ME/EE/ChE) or its equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in production and quality assurance in continuous line bakery operation.
- Knowledge in production planning, raw materials/packaging materials, production equipment, and human resource principles and practices.
- Good experience in quality inspection and the ability to implement corrective and preventive action programs.
- Basic knowledge of production warehouse & inventory control.
- Knowledgeable in engineering & technology principles and practices.
- Knowledgeable in relevant regulatory requirements.
- Solid skills in computer (MS Word, Excel & Outlook) and database applications (SAP, Oracle, Globe EXACT System, and equivalent).
