Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree graduate in Food Technology, Engineering (IE/ME/EE/ChE) or its equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in production and quality assurance in continuous line bakery operation.
  • Knowledge in production planning, raw materials/packaging materials, production equipment, and human resource principles and practices.
  • Good experience in quality inspection and the ability to implement corrective and preventive action programs.
  • Basic knowledge of production warehouse & inventory control.
  • Knowledgeable in engineering & technology principles and practices.
  • Knowledgeable in relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Solid skills in computer (MS Word, Excel & Outlook) and database applications (SAP, Oracle, Globe EXACT System, and equivalent).
  • Experience in an ISO Certified Company. Knowledgeable in Food Safety, GMP & HACCP Standard...
