Production Management

**Requirements**
- 3-5 years of experience as a production manager in the packaging industry
- Knowledge of quality systems
- Experience leading teams
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations (for both the manager and their team).
- Ensure the development of personnel under their supervision (clear roles, defined objectives, training, feedback, and evaluations).
- Develop, review, update, and communicate procedures within their area of responsibility, considering corporate, process, safety, and food safety requirements, as well as interactions and impacts with other organizational functions.
- Ensure efficiency analysis, cost-saving projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Audit and follow up on action plans for corrective actions, customer complaints, findings, audits, etc.
