Job Description
The Production Operator works on a manufacturing line in a food production facility, learning and performing the full process from mixing ingredients to packaging finished products.
Responsibilities
+ Work on a production line and learn the complete process, including mixing, middle processing steps (such as panning, portioning, baking, extracting, or grinding), and final packaging.
+ Monitor automated machines throughout the production process and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.
+ Perform machine setups and changeovers for different products on the line
+ Measure and weigh product into pre-made boxes with liners, ensuring accuracy and consistency in packing.
