About the Role
**Job Title: General Laborer**
**Hiring off resume - $17/hr 2nd shift (3pm to 11pm) Monday to Friday**
**Must pass Bkg and drug screen**
**Job Description**
The General Laborer assembles and stacks vegetable boxes in a fast-paced production environment while supporting smooth plant operations. This role involves consistent physical activity, basic housekeeping around machinery, and active participation in a team-based workflow, including cross-training to support other operators as needed.
**Responsibilities**
+ Fold and assemble vegetable boxes with a partner according to production standards.
+ Stack completed boxes safely and efficiently, repeating the process throughout the shift.
+ Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, twisting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing, and pulling for the duration of the shift.
