Production Head (Apparel)

• Managing production in terms of quality, timeliness, cost effectiveness and controlling wastages
• Responsible for managing cut to dispatch / stitch to pack operations including all hand works i.e. hand works, adda works and embroidery etc.
• Finalizing production planning with respect to material requirements
• Reviewing production schedules to determine whether they can be met by the factory’s current production capacity
• Developing samples for all new orders
• Ensuring quality control by inspecting finished products for defects or flaws that may need to be covered
• Ensuring all products are produced as per Company standards
• Handling local dying units for fabric dyeing
