Production Finance Assistant – Element Pictures Dublin.

We are seeking an Assistant Production Finance team member to join our Dublin office on a full-time basis from July 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in production finance to gain hands-on experience across our Film and TV slate, from development through to production and distribution.

Reporting to the Head of Production Finance, you will support the finance team with day-to-day production finance administration, development reporting, payment processes, reconciliations, and project tracking.

The role will involve working closely with the Development, Finance, and Production teams to help ensure projects are supported accurately, efficiently, and in line with internal processes.
