Production Engineer

1. Scheduling of all incoming jobs and ensure close monitoring and timely delivery. 2. Assist the Production Manager in taking charge of all jobs whenever necessary and ensure delegation and coordination on the necessary works. 3. Understand the full requirements of all manufacturing, servicing and improvement project. Follow up on the kick start, execution, monitoring and work closely with related personnel to resolve issues until the completion of the project. 4. Ensure that all budgets and plans are met. 5. Assist the Production Manager to monitor and manage workshop loadings, direct labour hours, overtime, rework, scrap, on time deliveries, downtime, work efficiencies and ensure all measurements are within plans whenever necessary. 6. Organize weekly production meeting to provide status update to all relevant departments and iron out related production issues. 7.
