Production Engineer Supervisor - Manufacture

Job Description

- Design and optimize production processes: Analyze and improve the entire manufacturing flow from mixing to vulcanizing, thoroughly eliminating waste of time and resources.
- Manage and control manufacturing equipment: Operate and develop maintenance plans for major machinery such as Banbury mixers, open mills, calendars, and forming machines.
- Manage quality and processes: Properly set and control critical parameters (temperature, pressure, heating time) in the vulcanization process to prevent defects such as scorch and porosity.
- Evaluate tools and molds: Conduct basic design and evaluation of molds and jigs & fixtures to improve product assembly efficiency.
- Data analysis and improvement: Monitor and report KPIs such as yield, reject rate, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), implementing improvements based on lean production methods (conducting root cause analysis: RCA).
