Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: Min 3 + Years of Experience in Connectors / EMS Industry.

Salary: As Per Industry Standards

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead a dedicated group of technicians and operators within the Manufacturing Group.
2. Plan and implement training and development plans with team members.
3. Provide trainings and alerts to operators and develop their skills.
4. Establish goals and objectives that deliver results according to the production plan to increase efficiency.
