Production Employee (Electric Controller)

Job Description

Essential Functions

• Follows fire pump controller project plans provided by the engineering department to execute all production functions, that include lay‑out and mounting, electrical wiring, soldering, box preparation and final assembly;
• May be assigned a particular function for projects in production; may be transferred to other functions at any time;
• Performs any other tasks required by his supervisor.

Lay‑out & Mounting

• Verifies kit of materials for each project to ensure that all required materials as per the project’s BOM are available;
• Selects appropriate components and installs them on the mounting plate as per pre-engineered plan and instruction;
• Completes any special mounting instructions ordered by customers.

Wiring
