Production Director: Lead Lean Ops in Print & Packaging

Responsibilities

• Run and oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a busy print site in the Midlands.


• Report directly to the Managing Director.


• Implement positive change management practices and motivate staff to achieve success.


• Maintain strong attention to detail across all production processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience or qualification in Lean Manufacturing is an advantage.

Requirements

• Resident in the United Kingdom.


• Previous experience in the print, packaging or paper sectors.
