Job Summary

Plans, organizes, directs and controls all the production activities to assure all customer requirements and expectations are met as stated in our quality policy through the use and implementation of superior lean manufacturing processes. Plans and investigates to determine the effectiveness of manpower and projects labor and staffing needs, formulates and manages the department’s QDIP objectives and the strategic action plans to achieve those objectives. Responsible for selecting, training, motivating and creating talent for promotion and succession planning as well as acting as facilitator for the development of capable and focused personnel.
