About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Raise Product Purchase Orders (PPOs) and maintain production information on SYNC

  • Coordinate production schedules with CMT factories and field auditors

  • Process Approval to Cut documentation and monitor cut figures

  • Analyse production variances, investigate shortages, and resolve production queries

  • Track daily factory progress, update delivery dates, and maintain accurate production records

  • Prepare weekly production reports, order trackers, and coordinate production meetings

  • Liaise closely with Merchandising, QA, Fabric, Trim, Logistics, Accounts, and Distribution teams

  • Manage finished goods queries, production reconciliations, and surplus material returns

  • Measure and report factory OTIF (On Time In Full) performance
