Qualification

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s or College Degree in Engineering or equivalent.

At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Supervisor/Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations/Restaurant or equivalent.

Job Responsibilities

• Set efficiency targets for each function to produce quality finished goods.
• Support and participate in the company's food safety and sanitation processes.
• Monitor quality of raw materials, in-process goods, finished goods, operational processes, and overall plant environment to comply with GMP standards.
• Oversee daily set-up and clean-up of equipment and machineries to ensure effective and efficient operations.
• Set schedules or timetable and effectively communicate them to production teams in order to achieve volume targets and production plans.
