Assembler will be responsible for assembly of axles and related components on the assembly line. Proper assembly is done to ensure a quality axle product in a safe and timely fashion, and to ensure all product is assembled, tested and verified to customer specifications.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Check specs, load/unload production lines Utilizes measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, etc.). Performs 100% manual inspection of parts. Inspect parts produced to ensure they meet specification, using basic inspection equipment. Make necessary offsets. Change/adjust production tooling. Complete production paperwork.
