Production Associate

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 10pm-6:15am

Pay: Starting Rate $20 ($2 shift differential once converted to perm)

Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire

Location: Allentown, PA

Production Associate Responsibilities:

Rack, hang, lift, and remove finished paper and laminated (Vboard) products from production lines

Accurately count, sort, and package materials according to company and customer specifications

Inspect products for quality, including proper lamination, structural integrity, and defects

Prepare skids before machine startup; stack, band, wrap, and stage materials for shipping

Support machine operators to maintain production flow, including assisting with setup and changeovers
