About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and functional support for US Payroll, Time & Labor, or HCM systems
  • Troubleshoot system issues related to payroll processing, timekeeping, and employee data
  • Support platforms such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, and/or ADP
  • Respond to customer inquiries while setting and managing expectations effectively
  • Document issues, resolutions, and process improvements accurately
  • Meet productivity, quality, and service-level metrics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
  • Handle multiple tasks and priorities in a high-volume support environment

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience with US Payroll / Time & Labor / HCM tools such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, or ADP
  • 1–3 years of BPO experience (HR, Payroll, or HCM support preferred)
