About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and functional support for US Payroll, Time & Labor, or HCM systems
- Troubleshoot system issues related to payroll processing, timekeeping, and employee data
- Support platforms such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, and/or ADP
- Respond to customer inquiries while setting and managing expectations effectively
- Document issues, resolutions, and process improvements accurately
- Meet productivity, quality, and service-level metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
- Handle multiple tasks and priorities in a high-volume support environment
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience with US Payroll / Time & Labor / HCM tools such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, or ADP
- 1–3 years of BPO experience (HR, Payroll, or HCM support preferred)
