• Support and train global service teams and customers on analyzer and measurement solutions.
• Collaborate with product teams to improve products and after‑sales performance.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical challenges, driving continuous improvements.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure high‑quality service delivery.

Qualifications and Expectations

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Automation, Instrumentation, or a related field.
• Experience in process industries; pulp and paper experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of field instrumentation or analyzers.
