About the Role

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Drive order intake to meet and exceed annual revenue targets while maintaining gross margin thresholds
  • Manage a qualified pipeline at a minimum of 3× the annual sales target, updated continuously in the CRM
  • Execute the full Mercuri sales cycle from needs identification and benefit analysis through to close
  • Compile and manage technical proposals, costings, and tender documents in line with commercial and risk policies
  • Conduct site visits, plant assessments, and technical audits to support solution development
  • Engage credibly with process engineers, mine planners, and EPCM consultants at client level
  • Facilitate test work campaigns and ensure delivery against agreed client requirements
  • Execute thorough project handovers to the project management team, ensuring scope accuracy and commercial completeness
  • Submit regular market intelligence and competitor analysis reports
