We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner with AI and Large Language Model experience to define, prioritize, and drive AI-enabled capabilities across utilization management inbound workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare provider workflows and hands-on experience delivering AI-driven use cases, cloud-native capabilities, and omni-channel contact platforms. This role requires strong product thinking, technical awareness, and the ability to write clear, testable requirements for AI-driven features. Requirement/Must Have: Experience writing requirements for AI use cases while considering multiple testing scenarios. Mandatory experience working as a Product Owner.
