Overview:

Replace a manual Excel-based facilitator scheduling process with a scalable, rules‑driven platform; build live LMS integrations and executive dashboards; and stand up a unified facilitator intelligence profile system (qualifications, utilization, performance). Own the Power BI / Power Platform stack (dashboards, paginated reports, data models, governance, training) that powers operational and executive decision‑making.
