Participate in developing the target state and prioritized roadmap for onboarding capabilities
Perform analysis to identify opportunities to improve the customer buying journey and document both quantitative and qualitative benefits
Define scope for prioritized initiatives and work with technology partners to outline high-level solutions and associated costs
Lead assigned initiatives and collaborate with partners and platform teams across design, development, implementation, change management, and post-launch (Day 2)
Represent the business in initiatives, provide timely decisions, resolve issues or barriers, and manage risks
Support the Product Owner in maintaining a strong and prioritized backlog
Support change management activities, including training and communications
Ensure business stakeholders are consulted, engaged, and aligned on changes impacting them
