PRODUCT MANAGER – JOB DESCRIPTION RESPONSIBILITIES Drive business outcomes by taking on a product from end (problem definition) to end (release and continuous improvement) Interview stakeholders and users to understand problem space and define problem statement Craft proposals to justify resource allocations and secure funding Define success measures and set up dashboards to monitor progress Identify hypotheses, develop product strategy, and devise initiatives to drive product outcomes Create product roadmap and work with team to ensure timely achievement of goals Work with designers, software engineers to develop, test and release product Measure outcomes and continuously iterate product to drive outcomes Engage with and support users to drive product adoption Skills in data is essential to carry out responsibilities, e.g. identify hypothesis, devise initiatives to drive product outcomes
