  Product Strategy & Vision:      

      Define the product roadmap and long-term vision for Sales and Support technologies, with a strong emphasis on Generative AI integration.    

        Market Research & Customer Insight:      

      Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform and refine product strategy.    

        Roadmap Development:      

      Own and maintain a forward-looking, four-quarter roadmap aligned with both business objectives and customer goals.    

        Cross-functional Leadership:      

      Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX, Legal, Sales, Support, and other cross-functional teams to drive product success.
