About the Team

The Growth team owns Stripe's product-led growth motion for self-serve customers, primarily startups and SMBs. We acquire, onboard, and grow every business in the world on one or more Stripe products across the full user lifecycle—signup, onboarding, activation, expansion, retention—working at the intersection of product, data science, engineering, design, marketing, and AI/ML. We are directly accountable for topline self‑serve revenue.

What You’ll Do

• Define and build the AI specialist experience that delivers personalized guidance across the full user journey—from the first question through activation and expansion—using AI at scale.
• Create a unified motion that ties together existing product recommendations, onboarding flows, merchant context, and outreach infrastructure.
