Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist and work closely with the VP Merchant Acquiring Product in day to day activities to run the business and achieve targets assigned to the unit
• Provide technical and functional support to both internal and external teams while new face to face payment acceptance products and offerings are implemented
• Evaluate and present implementation strategy of new products and services that may be conceptualized by the VP Merchant Acquiring Product and other Senior members of the unit
• Expand acquisition channels for face to face payment acceptance products i.e. lead generators, PSPs, etc. with designing end to end merchant onboarding processes
• Identify and come up with new ideas and value added services that can be added to existing product offering in order to gain an upper edge in the market and increase merchant stickiness
