Product Life Cycle Analyst

The Product Life Cycle Analyst will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the life cycle of our products and services. This role involves working closely with product managers and directors to administer the services catalog, product pricing process, product documentation repository, sales training programs, and customer portal improvements. Additionally, the successful candidate will take the lead in managing the life cycle of established products, such as Help Desk service and Managed Circuits - AT&T, with a focus on optimizing packaging, pricing, service descriptions, and driving continuous improvements and automation.
