Role Overview

The Lead of Xplore is responsible for building, scaling, and operating Circles’ next‑generation AI‑powered engagement platform across multiple international markets, e.g., Singapore, Mongolia, Japan, Pakistan, and beyond. This leader owns the product vision, GTM coordination, roadmap, cross‑functional execution, and client success for Xplore. The role combines strategic and execution‑heavy duties, demanding deep product sense, technical fluency, and the ability to coordinate large, complex, multi‑market launches with demanding timelines.
