About the Role
Responsibilities
- Assist in the validation and release of semiconductor products, ensuring smooth transition from design to production.
- Partner with test and production teams to troubleshoot issues, support reliability testing, and drive yield improvements.
- Coordinate with foundries, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve production challenges and meet delivery goals.
- Prepare and present technical documentation, including test limits, correlation studies, and yield analysis reports.
- Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in Product or Test Engineering, preferably with exposure to foundry processes .
- Solid understanding of digital, mixed-signal, and RF testing methodologies ; hands‑on experience with Advantest 93K ATE .
