Product and Manufacturing Engineering Executive

Requirements

• BEng or BTech in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 10–15 years’ manufacturing experience
• Minimum 5 years in senior engineering leadership
• Experience leading engineering, maintenance, and technical teams
• Strong knowledge of engineering systems, BOM governance, reliability, manufacturing support, and CAPEX
• Exposure to machining, fabrication, assembly, precision, automotive, defence, or similar manufacturing environments
• Hands‑on leadership style with strong technical credibility

Advantageous

• GCC
• SAP exposure
• Experience in globally competitive manufacturing environments
