About the Role
Main Duties
Supervise the procurement officers to supply aircraft materials/parts for scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance
Provide the needed direction and oversight to the procurement team members to replenish, control, and maintain the stock levels to support the different business units
Supervise the procurement of tooling and ground support equipment, and the coordination of their maintenance requirements with approved suppliers
Expand the supplier’s network and monitor the supplier’s performance
Review freight rates for air, courier, and land transport and seek means to reduce these costs
Supervise the liaison process between the procurement team members and the materials coordination team
