Procurement Specialist, ((Associate - Senior)

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to support manufacturing and project operations.

Location: Singapore, 05, SG,

• Under direct supervision, issue purchase orders in response to material requirements established by manufacturing, field operations, technology, or project management.
• Comply with and execute Category Management strategy in accordance with policies and procedures. Expedite, de‑expedite and issue change orders to meet manufacturing, field plant or project demands.
• Analyze and resolve basic Goods Receipt and Invoice Receipt issues (GRIR) with assistance as needed.
• Assist in creating request for quotations (RFQ) and organizing competitive bidding from various suppliers to obtain the best quality, delivery, and price for goods and services.
• Assist in assessing supplier performance. Job tasks, when correctly performed, impact cost containment, efficiency, profitability or operations.
