Overview

DSFS offers an exciting opportunity for the role of Procurement Partner. The position supports the Head of Procurement and is part of the Senior Leadership Team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the buying team’s performance, providing leadership and supervision to deliver a best-in-class procurement service and a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Work across diverse specialties and both clinical and non‑clinical categories, engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Network and collaborate with peers across Derbyshire and the East Midlands to benchmark costs, leverage opportunities and ensure optimum value for money.
• Provide strategic and operational support to plan, coordinate and deliver medium‑high value workplans; maintain contract databases to produce high‑quality management data.
