Procurement Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Officer with a strong background in construction or swimming pool projects. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely procurement of quality materials in line with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement activities for construction and swimming pool materials (civil, MEP, filtration systems, pumps, tiles, chemicals, accessories, etc.)
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) in accordance with approved budgets
• Coordinate with project, site, and engineering teams to understand material requirements
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to sites as per project schedules
