About the Role
Purchasing & Sourcing
- Identify evaluate and select reliable local and international suppliers for aluminium profiles glass accessories hardware and tools.
- Prepare and issue RFQs POs and negotiate terms including pricing delivery schedules and payment terms .
- Source alternative suppliers/materials to reduce costs and avoid project delays.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality pricing delivery and service.
- Ensure timely deliveries and follow up on pending or delayed orders.
- Coordinate with the store and project team to track material usage and ensure optimum stock levels.
- Monitor procurement budgets and assist in cost-saving initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases pricing invoices and delivery notes.
