 :Procurement Manager
Project: Slough Sewage Treatment Works (STW) – Extension of an operational sewage treatment plant.
Key Responsibilities
Work collaboratively and liaise with the Design and Construction teams.
To liaise with Thames Commercial representatives to discuss SAF 1 and 2 objective and requirements.
Correspond and liaise with selected Supply Chain bidders to correctly administer the prequalification and tender processes.
Arrange for appropriate tender meetings with the supply chain for each package.
Draft suitable subcontract condition amendments and Data Part One and Two documents.
Draft, compile, and amend Works Information documents for potential subcontract packages.
Draft and amend standard ITT documents to issue to each supply chain.
Manage on a day to day basis of tender queries for the tenderers.
